WORSE THAN THE VIRUS, LION ON LOOSE FROM ERTHE PARK KILLS OVER 4,368,000,000 AROUND THE GLOBE, LEAVES 1,872,000,000 CASUALTIES: Numbers Still Rising Daily In This Horror

It was disclosed to our press that there is a lion on loose, fiercer than dragons and more deadly than the 2020 virus. It got loose from Erthe Park around Terra Mater Island, the only park of its type in the universe, and ever since has brought the death of 4.4 billion people around the world. The Lion is yet to be captured. It is still at large. One of our correspondents revealed to us that the lion hunts in the morning. He made a narrow escape but lost three friends, a neighbour and two cousins to the attack. With deep grief, he said, 'By brother is between life and death. The attack was sudden and its claws tore him badly. He has not recovered from the shock. I was lucky not to be on bed that morning. Every other person is dead now. It was a brutal experience. I just hope my brother survives.'

Until today, no one had mentioned this terrible lion in the news. It's only the number of deaths they mention. And a few survivors. But God knows what the press is up to. Covering the wicked acts of such a lion. Another political game, maybe. Or another economic palava. Or could it be most people in the press are victims, too? Still in shock and yet to recover from the terrible lion's pounce? Or perhaps they are a part of the 4.4 billion people who have been affected? God knows.

This lion has caused more wretched pockets, more broken houses, more smashed bones and more crushed spirits than the virus has affected people. I'll tell you how.

The lion is just on the streets of the world about, on the streets of Terra Mater. It is not even roaring. But that's how over 4.4 billion people say, 'There's a lion out on the streets. Don't you get it? There's nothing I can do about that. I can't work today. Let me just sleep some more.'

This lion is every excuse that people give for failing to do what's right when it is right. Let's mention some:

There's coronavirus pandemic. We can't do anything.
The economy is bad. We can't make it rich.
The government is corrupt. We can't do business.
The employer is a sadist. We can't meet our targets.
The children are too stubborn. We can't concentrate.
My spouse is troubling. I can't make it today.
The internet is loose. I can't control my addiction.
My leader is not concentrating. I can't achieve results.
There is unemployment in the economy. I can't get a great job.
The rich keep oppressing the poor. We can't even get rich.
The country is depressive. We can't even be happy.
I can't earn enough. I can't escape debts.
There's recession in the economy. Our business can't survive.
There's no funding for this idea. It can't work out.

All this excuse keeps 56% of the world population at sharing less than 5% of the world's wealth. That's over 4.4 billion people. Yes, all this excuse is the lion that's killing a lot of people. Ask any person from the 56% or even 76% of the world, 'Why are you unsuccessful?' They will always tell you that there's a lion outside, and that's why. That is, all the reasons for which they fail is never because of their actions and inactions. There is always an external factor that is responsible.

Talking about this same lion, Jim Rohn said, 'I've found that two people can have the same experience. One becomes rich and the other becomes poor.' Definitely, it is not the experience then. It is what they do about it.

Solomon was the first to write about this brutal lion. In Solomon's account, it is this following:

The sluggard says, "There is a lion in the road! A fierce lion roams the streets!" As the door turns on its hinges, so does the sluggard on his bed. The sluggard buries his hand in the dish. He is too lazy to bring it back to his mouth. The sluggard is wiser in his own eyes than seven men who answer with discretion.

Why does the lazy sluggard refuse to rise with eagerness to the day's work? Because there is a lion in the road, a fierce lion in the streets. Why does the slothful man stay one hour more on the bed? Why does he suffer hunger? Because he is too lazy to even put his hand in the dish and bring it to mouth. None of all this is as ridiculous as that seven men who have the hard truth of succeeding cannot even give him some wisdom. He believes he knows just what is real: the lion on loose. Seven different men with discretion, with wisdom. The sluggard will still stick to his wisdom that has robbed him so that he cannot have something to eat from his dish.

This is why Solomon introduced this matter thus:

Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

Take note of the following.

* Every unsuccessful man is a sluggard in one respect or another. A person who holds an external factor responsible for the current disharmonious experience and failures they have is a sluggard who is dead already because of the lion in the streets. They just roam on the same life's pivot like a door's hings hinges. No progress. No moving forward. Simply complacent.

* The same lion that kills the sluggard is life to the diligent man.

The diligent man will hear that there is a lion in the road, a fierce lion. What's the next line of action? He stands immediately from sleep. Puts his clothes on and get ready to hit the road. The sluggard asks, 'Where are you going this early?' The diligent man answers, 'I heard there's a lion outside. I wanted to go to work. But since that's the case, I am going to hunt. It'll be fun and I'll bring the meat home for my family to eat. Isn't that great?'

See, the same lion that keeps the sluggard down to bed makes the diligent rise with eagerness to hunt. Thus:

* It is not about the lion in the road but what you do about it.

What is the best time to earn money? When there is a recession, because the government will print more money into the economy.

What's the best time to overdo targets? When the manger is cranky, because he's a great check to see that you really do the best you want to, and you don't have to beg him to be blunt for what you might need to improve on.

What's the best time to start an idea? When there are no investors, because when they see the progress you've made with the little you have, they'll trust you can handle it well if they double what they want to give you.

Since the pandemic in 2020, people have had reasons to stay days and weeks without work. They are dying, being killed by the lion in their own minds. Over 4.4 billion of the world had been in the position. Well, perhaps more than that now. But it is not the pandemic that causes this economic death. Not that it couldn't have an initial impact. But this is the best time to work, to solve problems which have arisen due to the pandemic--to hunt the lion. The pandemic has been another reason for settling with failure. Well then, you can change what it serves as reason for.

I know a friend reading this will be saying somewhere, 'This man has lost touch of reality. He wants us to die by the hands of the lion.' Actually, eight out of ten will say that. It's just fine. I admit being one amongst the seven men who have answered with discretion. But Solomon says in that case, this friend is being again wiser in his/her own eyes. And there is more hope of a fool. Pardon the bluntness, but that's what can help now.

When you hear again that there is a lion in the road, something that stops many in their tracks to success, seize the opportunity to hunt. In fact, you will make a lot of success because the sluggard will be sleeping by that time, and will gladly buy your meat when you have eaten to satisfaction.

When again it crosses your mind to hold external factors responsible for your situation, stand and tell yourself, you'll solve the problem and hunt that lion out of your life.
