Common Wisdoms vs Manifesting Money II

We must understand that we are not to mix with the philosophies and traditions of this world (Col. 2:8). One of such wise ideas is that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Instead of resist it thereby placing more attention on it, elevate its meaning by changing your own concept. After all, 'happy is he who has no reason to judge himself for what he approves' (Rom. 14:22).

Let's start from the starting point: What do you want? In the saying, what's your focus? Rich or poor? I take it you want to be rich. So, we can forget all about the poor getting poorer altogether. None of our business.

So, the rich get richer. Isn't that good news? Well, yes!

All you have to do is conceive yourself as one of the rich. Not by false pretensions. I'm not speaking of counting how complete your kidneys are and how the cost of a spinal cord makes you already worth millions. No!

Rather simply convince yourself that you are actually rich. That you really are such a person that would be called rich by any good standards. All this is mental, so you don't have to prove it to anyone. And you don't have to engage in mental arguments with yourself to prove whether you're rich or not. Only a simple persuasion in yourself that you are now a rich man or woman.

We do this most effectively by a controlled inner speech. Let me hint you one wonderful time to actually BE rich. When you are commuting and you find your mind about to wander, give it the task of 'telling you' (not you telling it now) that you are rich.

Then merge that back into the saying. The rich get richer. Wouldn't that settle perfectly well with you? That only means YOU GET RICHER!

Best part; no one can stop it from happening that you begin to grow into a richer person. Again, this is not rich weakly defined. I'm speaking of financial freedom. You will actually become richer, have more money, better worth and your personal economy will improve.

Because you've changed your concept of self that you are rich, and with it accepted the corresponding idea of wealth expansion: we rich people, we get richer.

Like one of my students is fond of remarking, 'How cool is that?'
